Orlando Weather

Orlando Airport

Information about Orlando MCO airport is available at http://www.orlandoairports.net . If you have to indicate your location at the airport, please provide the following specific details: Air carrier name (like Delta, Continental, etc.), your Flight number, Terminal where you are waiting (A or B – there are only two terminals at MCO). If you come to the baggage claim area, please stay inside the building till you make contact with the pick-up person.

Orlando Local Transport

Public transport such as a bus or a train is not commonly available in Orlando.  After you have checked into your hotel, inquire at the desk about local transport. The conference site is within walking distance of the recommended hotels.

Parking facility at University of Central Florida Campus

WAVES 2008 guests will be allowed to park free of charge in the Parking Garage H only on the day of the events (3 PM June 27 to 5 PM June 30, 2008. To park anywhere else, UCF will charge $5 per day (standard UCF Rate). The vehicles will be towed away by the UCF authorities without valid parking ticket. The garage is closest to the conference venue.Please click on the UCF Campus Map which shows the garage H. The Inner circle on the map with building marked as ‘Student Union’ is the conference venue.
